Estimated Delivery Times and Costs
We endeavour to process all online orders within 2-3 business days upon receiving the order, pending stock availability. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your parcel after your order has been processed.

International parcels may vary depending on location.

On rare occasions, products in your order may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will email you to offer you an alternative option(s).

If you select Click & Collect as your delivery option, you will receive a confirmation email when your parcel is available for collection. The Northern Pride Office is located at FNQ Rugby League, 42 Mann Street, Westcourt QLD 4870 and is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

If you are purchasing from outside Australia, you may be charged an import tax by Customs in your country. This will depend on the import regulations for your country. The Northern Pride accepts no responsibility for any associated fees applicable by Customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking reference number. To track your parcel please go to www.auspost.com.au/track and enter your reference number.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you have changed your mind or ordered an incorrect size, we may exchange the item or issue a store credit, providing the following criteria have been met:

  • the item(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase;
  • the item(s) are in original condition and able to be re-sold (unworn, unwashed, unmarked, odourless);
  • the item(s) are in the original packaging with tags attached; and
  • proof of purchase is provided.

The Northern Pride does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.

Returning an Item In-Store
Items can easy be returned for an exchange or store credit at the Northern Pride office.

Returning an Item via Post
Where goods are being returned via post for an exchange or store credit, the cost of sending the item back to us is to be covered by you.

If exchanging, please include a self-addressed, pre-paid satchel to allow us to send you the replacement item. The postage fees are payable by you and are not refundable by us.

The Northern Pride are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit to or from you. We recommended that a traceable method of postage is used.

When Returning an Item via Post:

  1. Phone the Northern Pride Office on (07) 4046 0500 OR email us at admin@northernpride.com.au to confirm your exchange or store-credit options.
  2. Print and complete the Returns Form. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD & PRINT RETURNS FORM
  3. Enclose this completed form, original receipt or proof of purchase and the item in your parcel.
  4. Return the item(s) to Northern Pride RLFC, PO Box 5, Westcourt QLD 4870
